Following the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data apply, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR - in accordance with the obligation under Art. 13 of GDPR we would like to inform you that from 25 May 2018 you are granted the following rights relating to processing of your personal data by Uncover Models S.C. (hereinafter referred to as Uncover Models).

  2. Uncover Models processes your personal data in order to carry out the casting, which you expressed a wish to participate in, on the basis of a consent given when sending the completed contact form at

  3. In conjunction with data processing for the purpose indicated in point 2, your personal data may be disclosed to authorised personal data recipients or recipient categories in duly justified cases under appropriate provisions of law of contract. Recipients, who may obtain your personal data, include in particular: entities providing services for Uncover Models and the Uncover Models’ clients and partners interested in cooperation with you.

  4. Your personal data will be processed within documentation maintained by Uncover Models only to the extent, and for such a period which is necessary for the data processing purposes specified in point 2, but not less than the period specified in the archiving regulations.

  5. In connection with processing of your personal data by Uncover Models, you have the right to:

    1. access your personal data under Art. 15 of GDPR, provided that the shared personal data cannot include neither any secret information nor legally protected secrets which Uncover Models is obliged to keep;

    2. rectification under Art. 16 of GDPR;

    3. erasure of the data under Art. 17 of GDPR, processed on the basis of your consent or your submitted statement in other cases in which Uncover Models processes personal data on the basis of provisions of law, the data may be erased after the archiving period is completed;

    4. restrict processing of your personal data under Art. 18 of GDPR;

    5. object against processing the data under Art. 21 of GDPR, provided that it does not concern the cases in which Uncover Models has the right to process the data under provisions of law.

  6. In the cases where processing of your personal data is performed under Art. 6 paragraph 1 point a) of GDPR, i.e. on the basis of your consent to the personal data processing, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

  7. In case you determine that processing of your personal data by Uncover Models violates the provisions of GDPR, you will have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

  8. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
